Dear Customers We contacted you back in early/mid June via text when we opened the shop back up to let you know that we were available for collection and final payments. If we have not heard from you regarding the special order/deposit dress that we have on deposit for you and you did want to visit us to collect and pay final payments, we kindly ask that you book in advance either by phone/email/Facebook etc and we can only help girls with dresses if they are accompanied by an adult. We consciously did not contact customers prior to June with regards payments as we know this has been a very trying and difficult time for everyone. We have extended our collection and final payment due date until the 15th August which we feel gives everyone plenty of time to contact us with regards collections and final payments. We are afraid if we do not hear from you by the 15th August we will have no option sadly but to put the dresses back into stock and will be unable to return the deposits paid. As a small independent business we need to know where we are - going forward - and respectfully ask for your cooperation and patience. We wish all the girls that have come to us this prom season the very very best and we do hope that you do get to dress up and have a wonderful time with your friends as we know many will.
